I just love Italian cooking! Most Italian recipes are quick and easy to make and can be easily modified to feed a small family or a large crowd. The next time you make spaggetti, don't settle for the same old marinara sauce. Try some chicken alfredo or shrimp scampi. I often cook up some angel hair pasta and toss it with a little fresh chopped basil, garlic and butter and serve it as a quick and easy side dish.
