Developed highly successful cash based Bariartic surgery program that generated over $300,000 in gross revenue in first 6 months of operation. This program was rated by InaMed to have the 4 th highest of 36 existing programs in patient volume. Responsibilities included designing and maintaining program website and domain names (80% of new patient acquisition came from website), development of all marketing materials for various media outlets, development of patient database and electronic medical records system utilizing Microsoft Access and SalesForce.com, HIPPA and JACHO compliance, coordination of all staff development and training to include all areas of hospital facility including volunteers, housekeeping, nursing, lab areas and OR, developed and coordinated patient education seminars and group clinics to educate and recruit new patients and families, outreach to local physicians and medical practices to educate on bariatric procedures, pre-operative and post-operative requirements, assisted patients through 10 step pre-operative process including physician and psychological referrals, appointment and OR scheduling. |
