Pasta Recipes

Pasta recipes are always a favorite, for kids and adults alike. I like them for the ease of cooking. Just through some pasta in a pan of boiling water and while it cooks you can prepare the sauce or topping. Dinner is served in less than 30 minutes with these fast and easy pasta recipes.

When I get a chance (or if there's a demand maybe sooner) I'll post my "all day pasta sauce" recipe. It's not quick, but it is delicious.

Chicken Alfredo - Chicken in a rich and creamy white sauce with Fettuchini pasta

Shrimp Scampi- A delicious and quick garlic, white wine and butter sauce that is perfect over angel hair pasta

Grilled Salmon - Particularly nice when served over linguini pasta tossed with fresh herbs and olive oil

Baked Ziti - My kids favorite pasta!
