Grilled
Salmon
This Salmon recipe is
one of our favorite for grilling. For an added twist
on flavor, try grilling the salmon on a cedar plank soaked
in water for a few hours.
The tarragon butter
enhances the flavor of the salmon and keeps it moist.
The butter sauce works equally well with fresh trout.
An interesting twist
on this recipe is to substitute fresh basil for the tarragon
in the sauce and serve it over your favorite pasta. This
is sure to be a change to the same old pasta dish!
