Healthy Turkey Burgers

Turkey Burgers

Light, healthy and low fat, these turkey burgers will never make you feel deprived when your on a diet.

Packed with protien, Turkey burgers are an excellent food for weight loss surgery patients as well.

Allison's Healthy Turkey Burger Recipe

1 1/4 lb low-fat ground turkey
8 oz soft tofu
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
10 crushed Saltine crackers

Mix ingredients, form into patties. Broil 7-8 minutes per side Assemble
into turkeyburgers on hamburger buns with sides and condiments to taste.
