Pizza Dough Toppings

Pizza doesn't always have to be the standard cheese and pepperoni. Try a few of these alternative toppings for your fresh pizza dough.

These pizza topping recipes go exceptionally well with our Pizza Dough recipe.

Fresh Sliced Tomatoes and Basil Pizza

toss dough and layer fresh sliced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves and thin sliced mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450 about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

toss dough and top with our Chicken Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Grilled Pizza

Toss and top Pizza dough with your favorite topping. For this recipe I like fresh tomatoes, basil, ham and mozzarella slices. Heat grill and oil grates so dough doesn't stick. Place Pizza directly on grill grates and cook for 5 -10 minutes, turning pizza 90 degrees half way through.
