Pizza Dough

Is there anyone who doesn't enjoy pizza?

This Pizza dough recipe is one we use all the time. I often jazz it up a bit by adding some fresh rosemary, basil or oregano to the dough.

For an impressive appetizer at summer parties I often toss the dough in small rounds and cook the pizza on the grill. Grilled pizza takes only a few minutes and has unbelievable flavor.

Basic Pizza Dough

• 1 Tbs. Yeast
• 1 Tsp. Sugar
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup cornmeal
• 3 !4 cups flour
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 2 tbs olive oil

Place all ingredients in bread machine according to your machines instructions and program for dough setting. When cycle finishes, remove dough from machine and let rest for 10 minutes before tossing.
