Spinach Dip

family recipe cookbook

Dips and Spreads

This is a nice quick and easy recipe for spinach cheese dip that can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. The spinach dip can either be served chilled or warm. We prefer it with crackers, but toast points and chips go well with this dip as well.

Spinach Dip Recipe

1 package frozen spinach
1 cup mayonnaise
4 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
8 oz sour cream
1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix

Mix all ingredients and place in a sealed container.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or toasted bread points.

*note: If desired, spinach dip can be heated in microwave or oven prior to serving.
