Mexican martinis stray from the path of the traditional martini quite a bit. Not only in the fact that mexican martinis use tequila, but in the addition of fruit juices as well. This particular recipe for a Mexican Martini comes from Trudy's restuarant in Austin Texas.
Mexican Martini
place all ingredients in martini shaker filled with ice and shake. strain into martini glass rimmed with salt. (sounds more like a margarita sans the sour mix than a martini!)
