Ham and Cheese Roll Ups

This is an easy recipe to make and one kids love to help with. Ham and cheese pinwheels can be an easy lunch or appetizer. We serve them at almost all our parties as an Hors d'ouvre.

8 slices boiled ham
8 oz. cream cheese
8 green onions

Pat ham dry with paper towel. Spread cheese (room temperature) over ham slices. Cut off green tops of onions to fit narrow end of ham. Place onion on ham and roll up. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate. When ready to serve cut in 1 inch pinwheels.
