Ham and Cheese Rollups

Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

This is an easy appetizer recipe that also makes a great lunch for kids. Ham and cheese wraps are easy enough for kids to make themselves.

We often have them for lunch or slice them into pinwheels and serve them at almost all our parties as an Hors d'ouvre.

Easy Ham and Cheese Pinwheel Wraps

8 slices boiled ham
8 oz. cream cheese, well softned
8 green onions
Flour tortilla shells (optional)
Honey Mustard (optional)

Pat ham dry with paper towel. Spread cheese (room temperature) over ham slices. Cut off green tops of onions to fit narrow end of ham. Place onion on ham and roll up. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate. When ready to serve cut in 1 inch pinwheels.

For a lunch wrap spread honey mustard dressing on a flour tortilla, top with ham, and continue to assemble as above, but omit the slicing into pinwheels.
