Chedar Cheese Eyballs
This is a favorite
Halloween recipe. Cook up a batch of these delicious
eyballs for your next Halloween party and when
cool place them all in a bowl. What's creepier
for Halloween than a bowl full of Eyballs?!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese - grated
- 1/2 cup Margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Flour
- 6 ounces stuffed green olives
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Shred cheese in work
bowl of food processor, then place metal chopping
blade in work bowl and add margarine. Combine salt,
paprika, and flour in separate bowl. Turn on food
processor, and slowly add flour mixture through the
feed tube. Stop processing as soon as ingredients
are combined.
Measure approximately one ts of this mixture and
form an "eyeball" around an olive. Turn
the olive in the "eyeball" so that it is "staring" outward.
Line up the eyeballs on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
If you want to make these ahead of time, freeze
them UNBAKED on the baking sheet and transfer to
a plastic bag when frozen. Then just thaw and bake
when needed. This recipe for Cheese Eyeballs serves/makes
2 dozen.
