Creole Seasoning

Emeril's Creole Seasoning

Although you can buy many of Emeril Legasse's seasonings in the grocery store, I much prefer to mix my own. It avoids all the fillers such as MSG and extra salt.

A spicy seasoning mix from the creole capitol of Louisianna, this copy cat recipe for creole seasoning comes right from Emeril's famous restaurant.
As Emeril would say: BAM!

Creole Seasoning Recipe from Emeril Legasse

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
