Here's an easy breakfast recipe that even Dad and the Kids can make for mom!

This is a simple and delicious Egg Casserole / Ommelet Recipe that's sure to be a hit. This simple but elegant egg recipe is perfect for a simple family breakfast or enteraining brunch.

• 1 doz. eggs
• 8 oz cheddar cheese
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 1 lb. sausage browned/bacon
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 - 1/2 stick margarine, optional
• salt and pepper

Mix Eggs and Milk in large bowl and beat lightly to combine. add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into 9x13 pan and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
