Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you're diabetic, on a diet to loose weight or just watching the kids sugar intake, this is a great recipe for very low sugar chocolate chip cookies. This is not a sugar free recipe as it does call for a little brown sugar, but as brown sugar substitutes are now available, you can use the substitute to make it a sugar free cookie recipe.

I've even made these for office parties and no one even knew the cookies were a diabetic recipe!

Low Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

drop cookie dough by heaping spoonfuls on to ungreased sheet pan and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
