Chili Crab Cheese Spread
Chili Crab Cheese Spread- another great recipe from Celebrate Food!
Another favorite, this is one of my wife’s recipes. I usually make a double batch of it and still, it’s never enough! This recipe is great served on toast points, fresh bread, saltines or Ritz crackers.

Chili Crab Cheese Spread Appetizer
Ingredients:
· 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
· ½ cup sour cream
· 2 cans crab meat
· 1 bottle chili sauce
· Salt an pepper to taste
· Ritz or saltine crackers for serving
In a medium bowl, cream the sour cream and cheese until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Spread mixture about ¼ to ½ inches thick on serving plate. Spread a thin layer of chili sauce over cheese mixture and sprinkle evenly with drained crab meat. Cover and chill the crab spread for at least one hour before serving.
