Simple and Delicious, baked bananas are an easy desert recipe that anyone can make at home. For a special twist, add a little banana or chocholate liquor to the cream before whipping.

Baked Bananas Recipe

• 6 bananas
• 3 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. melted butter
• 6 tbsp. hot water
• 1/3 c. sugar
• Fresh whipped cream

Cut bananas in halves lengthwise then once across. Place a layer of bananas in a shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread part of mixture over bananas. Repeat layers, ending with lemon mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Top with whipped cream.
