My team is going to go 19-0 this year for another Super Bowl win. I'm already getting ready and we are even having a playoff party on Sunday, so I thought this would be a good time to send out a Super Bowl Recipes Newsletter.

I've always found that finger food, easy appetizers and snacks work best for the big game, after all, no one wants to miss a play, especially this cook!

First up is Bacon Wrapped Scallops with Spicy Mayo. This is a Tyler Florence recipe. Tyler is often seen on Foodnetwork with his show Food 911. He's one of my favorites.

Next is Buffalo chicken wings. This is one recipe that no Super Bowl party should ever be without! It's the classic football food, right up there with chips, dip and beer.

Speaking of chips and dip, that brings us to Super Bowl Salsa. This is a great homemade salsa that is best made a day ahead so the flavors can really blend well. I love using roasted red peppers for this recipe.
